which is for the poorest of the country. It also shows countries receiving Foreign Aid which are rich enough to built Sky Rockets and/or Nuclear Weapons.
There was a great uproar at the House of Commons today when it was announced that Foreign Aid had been increased by £1.6billion during last year. Was it for the benefit of the City or for the world leaders? Definitely not for the poor for which it should have been.

A new revelation was reported that the third world countries building nothing but luxury hotels, palaces and private planes with Foreign Aid money.
This is no news to the public. It had been going on for decade. After all Foreign Aid is established since the 60s. So what does that great news serve?
Is the Government trying to turn the public attention away from the City and back to the receiving countries? If that is the case the Government must have been aware of it far longer than the public. Now we, maybe, come to the real reason.
Since they practically, in a round about way, allowing them to waste a well meant Aid on luxuries does it serve to get trade? There must be a reason somewhere although it would be a dirty sell-out to the poor whom the money was intended for.
Whatever the reason behind it the report does not serve to blindfold the public. It had been aware of it for a long time and it put their back up about the Foreign Aid. What is news the double dealing of the City about Foreign Aid.
Just before the conference of "Global Corruption" held, so appropriate, by ex-Prime Minister David Cameron there was a revelation of the swindle used on Foreign Aid.
Mr Cameron accused Nigeria with the biggest corruption openly at a reception held by the Queen who reprimanded him. It is almost unknown for the Queen to do that and it was a very undiplomatic remark made by David Cameron, especially as a Prime Minister.
The President of Nigeria replied later on in a press conference that London owes his country a great debts of Foreign Aid. The remark was a great surprise but it set the ball rolling to reveal the actual system of Foreign Aid.
Foreign Aid has always been a sore subject with the public especially since the Welfare cuts and austerity was introduced by the Tory Government. Naturally people are of the opinion that it should be spend at the UK since over one million families are starving and have to use Food Banks.
It also had been criticised that Foreign Aid was given to country which either corrupt, finance their army or have massive oil deposits. Since the 50s Foreign Aid was given to help the poor to have better sanitation, electricity or clean water. Today there are picture shown there is still no improvement.
Ever since Foreign Aid began there must have been trillions of pounds sent and in the their local money it would have been massive and should have eradicate no sanitation, electricity or muddy water. UK is not the only country but any other Western country contributes or so the people thought.
The public put it down to corruption and anger rose for money wasted for the top to live in sheer luxury while people at the UK are starving and homeless.
Now the conference shed a light on Foreign Aid and revealed what really is going on. In the process London was accused of the most corrupt city in the world which was shocking.
Foreign Aid is held and dealt with by the City of London. It is not forwarded to the countries specified as everybody assumed. The City then decides what project the particular country needs or it was requested by the country.
The City then sets about to contract their firms and it was mentioned they charge the highest cost. They will go out there and start the project but it also came to light that quite a number of project are badly done or never finished but no compensation will be given to this country.
What happened to the rest of the money for that country is not clear and now every ones guess.
Since the corruption and swindle in handling Foreign Aid is in the City of London the public should not vent their anger on Third World Countries but at UK Government.
