TORIES PLAN ANTI-STRIKE LAWS -- Update 1 Jan.,2017

Update 1 Jan., 2017 --
David Cameron resigned and the new PM is Theresa May. So far there is now mayor changes and announcement of her real politics but working as Home Secr. under David Cameron there is doubt she will make mayor changes of his politics. Therefore we can still expect an anti-strike Law which is anti-democratic and adding another point to Tory's dictatorship. Don't forget gagging the Press, cutting the Welfare and demolishing the NHS.

UPDATE:  18 May, 2015 -- The newly elected Cabinet minister, Tory Business Secretary Sajid Javis already working on a new anti-strike law and it will be announced in the Queen's  Speech on 28 May, 2015. Cameron has still the knife drawn and it after to break the Union's power.  He might find out he jump into a hornets' nest.

Another nail into the coffin of democracy. PM David Cameron plans to bring through a law, when or if he is re-elected in the next General Election in 2015, There is no doubt that strikes are a big thorn in the side of the Tories. Margaret Thatcher already was red hot to control the Union and cut out the strikes. She used the power of the police and paid them so well that they were nicknamed "Maggie's Boot-boys". She also ruined the police force because after that they thought they could just carry on and using their force to the extreme.

Now, David Cameron,, who follows Thatcher's footsteps, is even worse, promised to clamp back the power of the Unions by introducing a law that they must have 50 per cent of their members' votes for a ballot box. It certainly would put pressure on them.

Yet, without any Union the working man would be completely under the power of the government and management. The Unions might not always be right, which is seldom, but they certainly improved the working men's living standard. It is also part of democracy to have a party standing up for the working man against unfair legislation, poor pay and unfair dismissal.

PLEASE, PLEASE BE SO KIND AND CLICK ON ADVERTS.  THANK YOU.

Unite general secretary Len McCluskey said: "David Cameron double standards are repulsive, Polls show the public believes there is more to fear from out-of-control big business then from democratic unions standing up for fairness." A very true fact.

Mr McCluskey pointed out further that the Tories never got more the 50 per cent of the votes in a general election since the Second Word War. In 2010 they got only 36.1 per cent, in 1992 it was 41.9 per cent and in 1979 it was 43.9 per cent.

Mr Cameron planned to introduce a ballot threshold before but was stopped by his Coalition partners the LibDem. Who would have thought that?

If the Law would have been in place it would have prevented the RMT strike, but would it? They would just asked more members to come in and vote.  If you look at it closely there is a loop hole to get through and to counteract.

GMB chief Paul Kenny said: "If 50 per cent of those eligible to vote, which Boris Johnston is pressing for, becomes the new test of democratic legitimacy, not a single MP including Mr Cameron passes the test."

So there we have it; another cut down of freedom and democracy. First the freedom of the press and now the Union.  This promise to be sure he will keep. The Tories have again proven to cut the working men down and push them more into submission while they lived more and more in luxury.

The last strike on the London Underground was purely aggravated by Boris Johnson. He announced to close every ticket office.  No wonder he is so keen to get that law into action.

Strikes would never happen if the management would be willing to sit down at the negotiation table and compromise with the Unions.  The Unions are always being blamed because the Government or management points the fingers at them to draw the lime light away from them.

The Tories changed their name to Conservatives but they are anything but; they are nothing but destructive for the country but make sure their pockets get filled.

Adding an appeal to this post please make sure you use your vote and vote for the right party. The last time a lot of people voted for the LibDem which would have been all right but when the Tories realised that they are in a minority and might not get into power they grabbed the LibDem to make sure.  So there was a lesson to be learned for us all.

Even so David Cameron always tries to make  Ed Miliband's promises  look unworkable but so far he put out a lot of promises which make sense and are more trustworthy. There are not many promises from David Cameron in the last election which he kept.

Please use your vote and use it well.
