JUDGE RULED WITHHOLDING DISABILITY PAYMENTS UNLAWFUL WHY IS IT STILL DONE

Damian Green was replaced by David Gauke. He insist on rolling out the new Universal Credit after many objections from MPs and to charity organisations. It must be for the advantage to the Government and to the disadvantage to the poor and disabled.

NEW HEAD OF DEPARTMENT OF WORKS AND PENSION. SO FAR NO DIFFERENCE.

HAS IAN DUNCAN SMITH PAID BACK THEIR MONEY YET?  OR THE NEW HEAD DAMIAN GREEN????

Is this Government above the Law because they ignore the Judge decision?

It does look like it because another disable person who had to take out a loan with WONGA and hanged himself because they took every penny out of his account.

DWP is rather spending tens of thousands of pounds of taxpayers' money to fight the court's decision instead to paying out.

IAN DUNCAN SMITH
 - HEAD OF DEPARTMENT
OF WORK AND PENSIONS

DESPITE OF NOT BEING

ABLE TO SET UP THE NEW I.T.
PERSONAL INDEPENDENCE
PAYMENT UP; HE STARTED
NOW TO "REFORM "
THE PENSIONS
Two disabled people took the Department of Work and Pension (DWP) to court because they had to wait one year to receive the new Personal Independence Payment. How does Ian Duncan Smith think they live on?

They borrowed from loan sharks and went to Food Bank to survive in the meantime.

Good News for them and every disable person the judge decided that this is "unlawful" and "unacceptable".

The so called reform of the Disability Benefit meant to be switched over to the Personal Independence Payment by April 2013. It is still not done.

Accordingly the new IT system, costing £500million. which suppose to do it automatically, it is still not working. Ian Duncan Smith by now has an army of computer operators costing an extra £1,2million per year.

The whole switch-over which suppose to save a lot of money but so far costing £800million. It does not only cost money but also lives. It is thought  around 1,000 people committed suicide or died an earlier death than necessary because of the Disability Benefit being stopped and people were worried.

To crown it all, Ian Duncan Smith, head of the DWP awarded himself and his staff £44million bonuses in the year of 2013/14. The bonus for 2014/15 is not known, yet.

PM David Cameron contracted a French firm ATOS which supposed to assess the various cases. They were told only one in eight supposed to be passed to receive Disability Allowances. This caused them to take almost everybody off the Disability Benefit and told the person to go and get a job.

To start with there are over three million unemployed despite what the Government is telling the people. So how can a disabled person have a chance to get a job. At the same time the clever government closed down Remploy which were factories mainly to employ disabled people which Labour set up.

ATOS even told people with incurable illnesses like Parkinson and MNS they are fit for work and stopped their benefit. David Cameron did nothing to stop them treating people like that, despite the outcry of the public..

Eventually he cancelled their contract which initially costs £1million to start with and the cancellation costs were never revealed.

David Cameron now contracted MAXIMUS from the USA, which already was in court in America for fraud and ill-treading disabled people. How much the contract costs was never revealed.

At last, after two years, two people took the department to court and won their case which was Justice.

Congratulation!!!!

Hopefully all the Disability Benefit will now be  paid. After all the mess, hardship, death and trouble Ian Duncan Smith caused; he is still the golden boy. In the private sector he would not have lasted more than a month. Nor would he lasted under any other government if it were not for David Cameron
