SEVEN PARLIAMENTS IN BELGIUM

YELLOW  - Flemish and Walloon
RED - French
BLUE - German

BBC report reveals an unbelievable situation in Belgium. Not only do they have different language such as Flemish, French, Dutch, Walloon and Champenois to cope with but have seven different Parliaments.

It is this complex system that attracts extremists because it is easier to live there amongst their people without being detected.

A further advantage Belgium is bordered by four countries and with Schenken open borders makes it easy to slip in and out.

There are many EU institutes based especially in Brussels makes it Europe’s diplomatic and military centre, include NATO.

Brussels is also known for international illegal arms trade.

Belgium immigration began after the WW2. It needed workers for its coal and steel industry. The real reason lies in Belgium’s complex and almost a ludicrous administration attracting extremists.

Not only do they have six different original native languages with lots different structures but they also do not pass on information.

There are also six different police zones across and 18 different boroughs in Brussels with 19 different mayors which do not help the security of the country. The security is very small in comparison to other European countries and in need of intelligence officers is obvious.

Belgium has also seven different Parliaments because of so many different nationalities. Even the small German-speaking community has it own Parliament.

Despite of this entire drawback it is amazing and greatly to be admired that they were able to detect one of the Paris bombers and arrest him but also identify the bombers from the Brussels’ airport as well as the Metro.

BBC’s security correspondent Frank Gardner said: “One is they are not sharing intelligence with the right people. So the spooks aren’t passing on enough information to the Belgian police. They don’t trust them.

“The other problem is that they have really rubbish community relations. Look at the reaction when they went in and caught that guy on Friday night (Salah Abdeslam).

“Instead of the local people going ‘Oh my God, this is so embarrassing you’ve caught a terrorist in our midst’ they threw bottles at the police.

Belgium, according to the statistics, has the highest trained fighters in Western Europe.

ROTHERHAM CHILDREN ABUSE FILES GONE "MISSING"

ROTHERHAM TOWN HALL
This is a greatest insult to the 1,400 children being abused by vile men. Apparently the locks had not been tampered with and therefore it points to an inside job. It adds to the other files gone missing within the Home Office of a sex ring within the Parliament. PM David Cameron is still looking for it. It was handed in during Margaret Thatcher’s time to the Home Office Secretary Leon Brittan.

These missing documents were reports from 2002 – 2012.  If the police done their jobs from the start many children would have been saved from the ordeal. These people who are responsible to let it run on for 16 years have no idea what it means for a child to be raped and definitely did not care. There must have been some devastating evidence in in those files to go the length to remove it; they certainly did even one better by it. There must be a very vile group involved in all of this to hurt these victims all over again and just to protect themselves.

As for the Home Office Secretary Theresa May shouting for an inquiry and yet another inquiry which always cost the taxpayers a lot of money while every body earns on it and not one inquiry resulted yet into the truth, is a waste of time and money. Instead of hand it over to the police and give them a free hand, yes a free hand. She has not yet found the “missing” files which had gone "missing" from her own backyard from Leon Brittan’s time.

Another failed promise from PM David Cameron --  Transparency.

At Rotherham Borough Council and Police there seemed to be one scandal after another emerging and as the MPs pointed out, only too rightly, that is looks another cover-up. An appalling situation presented to the public who do not accept any excuses any more.

Rotherham council leader Paul Lakin said: “He had asked for a through internal investigation into the missing file." These 1,400 victims deserve justice tone.

And a South Yorkshire Police spokesman added: “The force accepts and will implement the recommendations and conclusions from the select committee report and already commissioned an independent investigation into child sexual exploitation.”

Home Office spokesmen said: “Mrs May has been very clear that what happened in Rotherham amounted to a total dereliction of duty by the authorities. The Home Secretary is leading cross-government work to learn the lessons of Rotherham and has written to all chief constables stressing the highest standard must be met in tackling child sexual exploitation. She also made it clear that there is a debate to be had on the issue of PCC recall.” Does the Home Secretary Theresa May get anything ever right? Her record is not great.

The public heard all those “fine” words before whenever there is a scandal and wewill hear them again the next time but there has never been any improvement. It is a shame but has to be said that the public lost all belief in this Government and police.

A child abuse of over 1.400 lasting 16 years and now to crown it all the files gone “missing” is beyond any acceptance.

GREAT TRAIN ROBBER BRUCE REYNOLDS DIED

Bruce Reynolds was the organiser of the 15 man gang going into history as the Great Train Robbers.   His gang robbed the mail train from Glasgow to London in the early hours of August 8, 1963.  Even the gang didn’t know there was £2.6million on the train. They did know there was money on the train being transported down to London but this amount was enormous in 1960s when the average wage was £10-£15 per week.

When the driver Jack Mills stopped the train in Ledburn, Bucks one of the gang coshed him and he died soon after a few years.  This was all a very shocking act and the public were up in arms.

Reynolds fled with his family to Mexico but when the money run out he had to return and face his jail sentence. Later on he was paroled. He died in his sleep at the age of 81.

Ronald Biggs another Great Train Robber was jailed but escaped and went to Brazil. While he was living there he always sent pictures where he made fun of the police. In those days the police had no guns and kept confronting criminals with bare hands because of their courage even the underworld respected them.  If there was a policeman badly attacked or even killed the criminals sprang them.  Therefore it is twice as shameful for Ronald Biggs to make fun of them.  However, the same story as Reynolds when his money ran out he came crawling back and England was good enough to spend the money on his jail sentence and later on on benefits and housing. While he was in Brazil he had a son who came to England with him. His son campaigned for years to free him because he was so ill and frail. Eventual he achieved it undeservedly so. At the funeral of Bruce Reynolds, Ronald Biggs was not too frail to stick two fingers up. So much for gratitude which proves he did not deserve parole.

Another gangster Freddie Foreman, his son actor Jamie Forman and a villain from South London Dave Courtney were amongst the 300 mourners at St Bartholomew the Great Church at West Smithfield, East London, for an hour long service.

POLICE FORCE HISTORY

POLICE AROUND 1900

MOUNTED ENGLISH POLICE OFFICER
The beginning of today's police force took place in 1740. They were civilian officers who maintained public order, safety and enforced the law. These civilian officers were called Bow Street Runners in London and responsible to catch thieves
In 1796 the French ministry of police were founded and properly organised by 1800.
In 1814 Sir Robert Peel established the first professional British force. They were called either 'peelers' or 'bobbies'
In 1829 Peel founded the London's Metropolitan Police Force. This police force was also introduced in other British cities.
European countries establish the French way of a national police force. The developing countries of Africa and Asia also copied the French national police force.
Countries like Australia, USA and Canada copied the British way of a local police force.
In 1842 the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) was introduced which is a division of London's Metropolitan Police. It was the first non-uniformed detective unit.
1850 English police were uniformed and paid regular salaries. Their duty was not only crime prevention by patrolling, they had to light the street lamps, call the time and watch for fire.
1908 saw the Federal Bureau of Investigation established in the USA. It was a detective agency under national control.
Britain was the only country for a very long time where the police did not carry guns and confronted any criminal literally with bare hands. The police had such a respect that if any criminal insured or shot a policeman the underworld exposed that criminal. It was a sad day when the government armed the police. Ever since it is getting worse and the criminals don't think nothing of shooting anybody as well as a police officer.
