NUCLEAR TESTING

IN THE PACIFIC

Summary  Nobody talks about the Nuclear Test pollution or Nuclear Waste which is even more polluting the environment than Plastic. Despite full knowledge that Nuclear Warheads and Rockets can never be used, unless you want to wipe out whole countries for centuries, they still produce them.

Update 29 March, 2021 - Johnson decided, against the will of the people, to increase the Trident Nuclear Warheads from 180 to 260. Each containing 100,000 tonnes of TNT while the first Atom Bomb dropped in Japan contained 20,000 tonnes of TNT.

Update 10 April, 2019 -- A scandalous report - UK Government dumps Nuclear Waste off Wales and Scotland Coasts; in other words, it is now the responsibility of  Wales and Scotland which is a dirty trick. Furthermore, UK Government letting the nuclear updated Trident rot in Scotland's harbour. 

PM May finally had to face the fact that they can never use Trident nuclear warheads. It means a total waste of Taxpayers' money which went 90pc to the USA. There was an uproar from MPs and people to stop it but PM May would not and went ahead. She even lied about a failed nuclear test of Trident.

It is not a blog to belittle the effects of plastic pollution in Oceans but at the same time to point out that Nuclear testing on islands has had also a catastrophic impact on land and sea for decades to come.

In my opinion, it had created the black hole, rather, then the sprays, petrol pollution and others; we were told was a great cause of the black hole.

Since the 1950s USA and France held a great number of atom bomb tests on islands in the Pacific Ocean and France in the Sahara.

The fall-out and pollution is still effective after decades and will last for centuries. 

USA held their testing on the Bikini Island at the beginning of 1960s. The local population was forced to evacuate to America. Officially there were 64 tests held. After decades it was declared safe to return and some did return. They grew crops and were fishing. Soon they complained of health problems which proved it was not safe and the nuclear pollution still existed.

France tested independently developed nuclear weapons first in the Algerian Sahara 1960-66 and then on French Polynesia in the Pacific from 1966 to 1996.

Officially 210 French nuclear testing had been done during 1960-1995.

It is assumed that France has a stockpile of 300 operational nuclear warheads.

Furthermore, Nuclear Waste has been dumped in Oceans constantly, assuring us it is safe. The reality is that nobody knows what the effects are on the casing over decades. All we are aware of is that it takes centuries of nuclear waste to be ineffective, if ever at all. 

NUCLEAR WEAPONS

In view of these devastating effects leaders still develop and building nuclear warheads which most probably, hopefully, they never use.

Another nuclear pollution comes from the tsunami disaster in Japan. They never bother or unable to control the nuclear spillage into the ocean from their damaged nuclear power station. The last we heard it still gets washed into the ocean.

The latest, North Korea constantly testing their nuclear missiles which end up in the ocean. Another leader who couldn’t care about the nuclear polluting effect it has.

We had two nuclear power stations’ disasters, one in Russia and the other in Japan. In Russia, land is polluted and fenced off still after 30 years and will be for further decades if not centuries.

After the two disasters Germany closed down all nuclear power stations and encouraged people to install solar panels. It has now so widely spread that the government was able to force energy suppliers to reduce their tariffs.

It also reduced the nuclear waste.

Britain done their testing in Australia.

But UK, after all the knowledge of disasters and nuclear waste which is hard if not impossible to store for centuries has now signed with China to build a new nuclear power station. It is folly and madness in one.

Why can’t the UK Government encourage the people to install solar panels which would have been less costly than building a new nuclear power station and the nuclear waste. The reason is that shareholders, which includes the Government and their friends, will not get the high dividends it is getting now.

NORTH KOREA VS USA Update 7 Dec., 2017

Update 7 Dec., 2017 -- Fox News announced that a nuclear war is inevitable. The question is when and not if. The constant display of armouries and war exercises of US and Allies in South Korea is to blame for sharpening tension between the two nation and the world. 

The words of Trump during his election campaign were: "I bring peace; that's what I do", soon forgotten the moment he was president and caused friction ever since.

There was and is no need for the US, dragging UK and other countries in, to show again their Almightiness and bring a nuclear war to its head. So far, NK has not threatened UK so why follow US into the most dangerous war?  Besides NK has warned USA because they do not want to end up like all the other countries; USA invaded and totally destroyed them. 

Labour leader Harold Wilson was the only one who said "NO" to USA with the Vietnam war and saved thousands of lives.

While the constant exchange of insults from Washington and Pyongyang rages; the world keeps edging towards a war which could be most dangerous – a nuclear war.

A report brings us more facts about North Korea.

Analysis ranging from nuclear detonations to 8,000 artilleries facing 25 million people in South Korea capital Seoul. It is half of South Korea population.

Before the US and their Allies thinking of attacking NK and feel already as victors; they got seriously to look at all the cost of lives and finances.

NK is a complete different situation to all the previous wars and invasions.

The most important point has to be considered, the aftermath.

East Germany was one of the most peaceful unification between East and West Germany, but it still costs $1,9trillion.

NK and SK unification, if peaceful, would be an estimated $800billion to $2trillion. The most important question is who is going to pay for it?

USA, reported only two days ago, is on the brink of bankruptcy. Even if the finances would be there it would blow a big hole as well as causes great manufacturing problems in other countries.

SK produces parts for Samsung flat-screen, Hyundai hatch backs and others. A conflict would stop many manufacturers which would have an impact worldwide.

SK has already reckoned with the cost of reconstruction of NK but not for their own country which will also be greatly damaged during the conflict. Even if China and Japan might help most of the costs will fall onto the USA.

It is thought that NK's missile is capable of destroying an area of the Mississippi.

Now let’s us look at the cost of human lives and another surge of refugees. Comparing with the Syrian crises it is estimated of around five million if not more. These will be heading to the nearest country China and Russia at first.

Both countries have already strengthened their borders.

SK will have to resettle their own people and could stop NK refugees crossing the DMZ.

Even today the world is still not coping with the refugees from Syria, Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan and South Sudan. A situation created by the USA and its Allies. While the USA is far from it all and now has almost closed their borders Europe and the Middle East take the brand.

There is no doubt that the USA encouraged Brussels to introduce “Schenken” law which means opens borders of all the 28 EU countries and they have been flooded ever since.

Max Brooks writes that not all refugees will be friendly.

Accordingly, NK receives a lot of cash from an unbelievable web sponsored by the state and their criminal activities are kept under control by Pyongyang.

The question is now what will happen at a defeat of NK? They are small group of mafias created and trained by one of the world’s hardest regimes.

Of course, they will spread to find new markets to operate.

As previously al Qaeda derived from anti-Soviet guerrillas and ISIS from Saddam Hussain’s Republican Guards. (Well done Bush and Blair)

These gangs coming out of NK would be highly trained, highly disciplined professional warriors forced to find a new way of live.

They would be full of revenge and able to get hold of weapons of the widest range such as chemical, biological and even nuclear.

This will be the situation of a chaotic aftermath which is almost worse than the war itself.

A lesson should be learned from the Iraq invasion. It cost more than a $1trillion, over one million people were killed, military and civilians, and the troubles still continuous today.

To finalise it, so far nobody has an answer how to stop Kim-Jong-un but bull-dozing into it again is not the answer.

This war will be worse than any others before, especially if he uses nuclear weapons and pushed into a tight corner, he will. 

NORTH KOREA FLOODS USA WITH CRYSTAL METH

Apparently it has been going on since the 1990. The government ordered chemists to teach laboratories staff the method of producing crystal meth according to US.  Later when the pressure was too heavy the regime destroyed the labs.  They tried to prove to the world they stopped the illicit trade.

As it is always the same the ones who work in the labs, most probably, went underground and established a black market. Gangsters now flooding the US market with the crystal meth. Laboratory tests showed it is 99 per cent pure.

In 2012 the police managed to stop a shipment of 30 kg which was aimed to be send to New York. Last year two British subject coming from Thailand were carrying 100 kg of pure crystal meth. They were in court in New York and charged with smuggling illegal drugs.

The  police constantly catching shipments of this highly addictive drug destination New York. Most of the shipments are from the most secretive country in the world North Korea.

At the moment there is a series running in the USA called Breaking Bad. It shows and deals with just that problem of crystal meth. I do not  agree with producing that show because it could get some more children interested in and try it. Apparently once tried it is so additive that they hardly can get off it or no tall.  The media sometimes brings shows which should not be on TV but being controversial it brings viewers and that brings money. Today the media does not seem to care what damage their films and shows causes and it does cause a lot of damages.  I am sure a lot of the youth would not be like that if it was not for violent films.
