The country estate Chequer was given to the nation in 1917 for Prime Ministers to relax.  It belonged to Lord and Lady Lee of Farnham. It is a very luxurious pile with tennis courts, swimming pools, stables and all the luxury you can think of. It is run by Chequer Trust. The estate measures about 1,000 acres.

The costs has risen from £390,000 when Tony Blair was there to £717,000 a year under David Cameron.  

No austerity there!  On the Contrary!!!!   Pointing at Labour???

Altogether since 2010 when Camerons took up residence at Chequers the taxpayers had to face a bill of £3.6million.  But telling the public they have to tighten their belts.

They were rave parties and Ibiza party for his wife’s birthday. Entertainment for celebrities and Tory’s donors.

The millionaire David Cameron also claims £32,000 a year expenses for his mortgage of a luxurious home in West London while he rents it out and lives at Downing Street for free.

Low-paid families who the Prime Minister praises so often as hard-working will receive a letter from HM Revenue and Customs just before Christmas telling them that their tax credit will be cut or axed completely from April 2016.

At the same time the Tories are proud and full of self-importance announcing the living wage, if they get it, which is completely useless since they lost the tax credit.

Labour MP Frank Field, who chair’s the Pension and Work committee, warned the chance the coming tax cuts will be £the single biggest eve cut to tax credit” and cost 3,2 million households £1,350 a year.  It works out to £30 per week while the living wafe will be an increase of £20 per week the most.

UNISON general secretary Dave Prentis said: “While his government is dishing out austerity and misery Mr Cameron is enjoying himself and entertaining on the public purse.”

Ofgem is another waste of money because they supposed to be a watchdog and watch over the big energy suppliers.  According to some previous reports they have the power to fine the energy suppliers up to 10 per cent. Although it would not cripple them with the present huge profits but still it would be some reminders 

However, Ofgem does not use its power.  So what is Ofgem there for?  David Cameron famous comment comes to mind “We are all in this together.”  He never said a truer word but it refers to him and his buddies.

For Ofgem which supposed to be a watchdog of energy suppliers to announce that people should take packed lunch, going jogging instead of gym and a second-hand handset is not only an insult to the intelligence of people but Ofgem showing themselves up as useless.  From a start all the last years whatever have they done to stop the energy companies putting up their prices by 37 per cent?

Last winter, which was a mild winter, a record of 20,000 people died of hypothermia. Would Ofgem like to know that in many families the parents forgo breakfast to feed the children or children go with without breakfast to school? Therefore their great brainwave of taking packed lunch or going jogging instead to the gym is way behind the time.  By now families have to choose between buying food or heating their home properly.  Besides over 1,000 food banks do not spring up for no reason at all. They must be living abroad like the rest of David Cameron’s friends since they lost touch.

As for SSE they also did not pass on the saving from crude oil price reduction but my tariffs have even increased.  So what would Ofgem do now about it? Tell me to light a fire with wood in the middle of my sitting room?

When the first massive increase of 10 per cent of their tariffs was made before the winter 2012/13 people wrote to the Prime Minister David Cameron and begged him to do something about it. According to him he wrote a letter to the big six energy suppliers.  They got so scared they did nothing and increased the tariffs in the following winter for another 10 per cent.  The entire increases amount to 37 per cent since this Tory-led government came into power.

The result, according to the Daily Mirror which tells more the truth than any other of the big papers, their profits will be up by 1,000 per cent per household this year than five years ago.

That is an achievement of which David Cameron can be proud of. He should mention it when he is campaigning around the country for his Tory party surely people would be impressed.  Another point people would like to hear about and be impressed is that his party scoop in £40million from all his created billionaires who are mostly tax avoiders and the great man does nothing about it, of course.  They all support the Tory Party to win again. 

Now, David Cameron and friends found a loophole how not to pay for their campaign in spite of their £40million received.  The loophole is that if they visit a factory, at each place of their campaign, it would count as a government trip and the taxpayers foot the bill. In spite of their cheating the public again they stand there cold-bloodedly trying to convince them to vote for the Tories.

If there was never a more desperate time to vote Labour it is now. Not even UKIP because they are just standing by in the shadow and joining up with the Tories if they do not have the majority.  The same as the Greens.

PM David Cameron is on his round campaigning for the next General Election on 7 May, 2015. He is trying to convince people that the economy has improved. Well no need to tell the people in Richmond, London because for them the economy has improved. Take your friends the Chancellor George Osborne and Ian Duncan Smith, head of the Department of Work and Pensions, and go to the Midlands or up North and tell the people who have lost their accommodation. They are for the first time since the Victorian Age live in CAVES again. Yes, you read right in caves and old air shelters.  At least they are covered from wind and weather instead on the street. 

EVERY  11  MINUTES  A  FAMILY  IS  MADE  HOMELESS  DUE  TO  TORIES'  GREAT POLITICS

This is the ultimate disgrace to this Government.

STATISTIC OF JOBS GROWTH

Tell them that there is no “Living Crisis” as you always insist and face for the first time in your live how other people have to live because of your Mr Osborne’s and Mr Smith’s action.  When you go up to Greater Manchester  you will not have the courage to face these people living in caves in Stockport because even you and your two great friends might get in your conscience a slight twitch. Do not get worried it will not be a lot.  Tell your friend Ian Duncan Smith to pay another £44million bonus out or even more this year to his staff while these people have to live in caves and the full blow of the winter weather has not even started.

Another thought;  why not join them for a night or two than you would really know  what it is to be down on your luck and what it is about the “living crisis”. You will be surprise about the different outlook you will be getting. Some of them lived there for the last 18 months.

These people are down on their luck because of your and your two partners’ reform of benefit and its sanction which caused rent arrears. By now some of them suffer of diseases which were widespread during Victorian’s time such as trench foot.

As Cameron also stated that he thinks they are on the right road and will go on like that.  Chancellor George Osborne already promised further cuts and deeper.  Already a cash strapped council will close more hostels which are funded by them.  As the Manchester Evening News pointed out that the cause of the problem is insecure jobs, benefit changes and funding cut which increased even further.

How does Cameron come to the conclusion that the people have now full time jobs? Where on earth does he live? He might fiddle the unemployment figures like Margaret Thatcher did but it does not white wash the fact that there is high unemployment.  The South is always faring better but the Midlands and North the situation is very grim.

Wellspring Centre in Stockport states that the rough sleepers increased by 60 per cent.  One man is a fine example. He had been “sanctioned” seven times in a row in other words he could not pay the rent and he lost his flat. Now he can not get another one because of his rent arrears.  What do you say to that Mr Ian Duncan Smith when you dole out £44million bonuses or more to yourself, already highly paid, and your staff? Speaking about DWP’s bonuses where did I D Smith get is from? By no he made a total mess of it; so much so that he wanted to be excluded from the Autumn Budget.  This money is all from the working taxpayers and supposed to be there to be distributed to the needy. He had no right to cream off £44million and pay it out as bonuses in addition to him and his well paid staff while people are starving or commit suicide.  Yet, Cameron does not lift a finger to stop this racket.

Boot Centre, chief executive, Amanda Croome said: “We are seeing a lot more people with benefit problem, which leads to rent debts and housing benefits. This means food provision is increasing, so we see a lot more people who are dependent on the breakfast we serve. Whereas, before, most homeless people had benefit, now they have nothing.”

Yes, Mr Cameron do not forget to take Mr Osborne and Mr Ian Duncan Smith with you when you go to the Midland and up North so he can see what he has done.  He would not have the courage to face them and with it face reality what he has done.

Under the first wave of council cuts the Greater Manchester police’s dedicated vagrancy unit had to close two years ago. Even the Salvation Army’s 110 bed hostel had to close.  Now Manchester Council had to cut back homelessness funding further in order to meet the £60million saving demanded by the Chancellor in 2015.  All this is happening while Cameron and his friends getting super rich.

A 52 year old man Ray Burton moved his tent into Llandudno’s Great Orme limestone headland when he lost his flat.  At the age of 13 years old he was moved to the notorious Wrexham where he too was abused.

WELL DONE PM DAVID CAMERON AND FRIENDS.

NHS HELP LINE 111 ANOTHER WASTE OF MONEY -- Updated 30 July,2014

UPDATED:  30 July, 2014   --  Now another of David Cameron's flagships had to close down and it costs again the Taxpayers' money. All in all, the setting up, closing down and various golden handshakes and redundancy monies cost £90million is money taken from the NHS.  

How that Prime Minister times and times again waste taxpayers' money without any concern about it all? There are too many failed reforms and flagships about and it makes you wonder whether there is a method in the madness? Nobody in its right mind can be that hopeless.

David Cameron’ flagship and set up only in April 2013 as part of the reform of the NHS is on the verge of collapse. It is the second time the Prime Minister and his government fell flat on their faces within two or three weeks.  The other failure is the Border Agency. Although set up in the 2006 but were continuously piling up files of asylum seeker without dealing with it and now ended up with 500,000 cases. The previous head of the Border Agency Mr Buckley had support from the prime minister for a long time but eventually had to resign. He too received a golden handshake in spite of his great failure. Border Agency closed down and brought back under the Home office control.  However, the loss of million of pounds of taxpayers’ money is despicable and irresponsible.

The NHS 111 phone number was set up in April 2013 and it is free to supply help 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. It was thought to replace the previous NHS direct line which could not book out-of-hours GP appointments or call ambulances. Its main function was to give medical help to patients who do not need the 999 emergency services.  The old number covered the whole country while the 111 is available only 46 local services in different areas and run by ambulance services, private companies and the previous NHS Direct service.

NHS Direct had two call handlers to every qualified nurse; 111 have up to 15 call centre workers to one nurse.  This is always the point where every privatised service fails.  They cut down on staff to save money and increase the profit but it doesn’t work and the government is most surprised. In the long run it always cost the taxpayers more money than the financial wizards make out to be.

The news today is that the disastrous NHS help line was in danger of collapsing last night especially since its biggest provider NHS Direct pulled out.  NHS Direct decided to quit its nine contracts because they could not support it financially.  Health chiefs became concerned and looking for a new provider to take over the service.  Officially a guarantee was given to patients to receive prompt and safe service. However, the unions labelled the 111 a chaos.

Dr Gerada, chairwomen of the Royal College of GP, warned: “It’s dismantling as we speak.”  Doctors also accused the Government dismissing the warnings that the help line which is for urgent but non-emergency queries is unsafe. The old help line had 80 per cent of advisers of trained nurses or doctors. The new one has only 20 per cent qualified medical staff.

Furthermore, the old system was divided into 46 separate contracts which resulted into private firms bidding against each other. The result was to run the service at the lowest cost to quote the lowest bidding.  This is a recipe for disaster.

The end result was that NHS Direct with a cost of £20 per call on the 0845 service had to compete against £8 per call. Naturally the quality drops if the cost is cut to such an extent.  The 111 line also caused a crisis in emergency care when untrained staff advised to the help seeking patients and advise them mostly to go to the A&E

NHS chiefs held a crisis meeting to find a new provider to cover NHS Direct after they pulled out. The five year contracts will have to be transfer safely not to endanger patients who seek help but will the government care enough to provide it?  The provider “Harmoni” showed staff shortages, long waits for callers and ambulances called out unnecessarily.

An investigation was made and a call centre manager admitted that the service is not safe on the weekend because of the lack of staff.  The answer to that would be that on the weekend when most accidents happened and with unavailability of doctors therefore the help line is most needed and should be staffed more.

Of course, David Cameron’s spokesman would white wash it and stated that the Government was not shying away from problems with 111 and insisted it was “confident it will continue to push up standards for patients.”   It sound like they trying to smooth over to make sure the contracts will run on for five years whether the service is good or not. We. the public had it too many times this situation and it cost a lot of taxpayers' money and could again wasted.

The Daily Mirror voices nothing but contempt for the changes of the NHS Direct service which gave one nurse to two callers. This is a vital point which is necessary dealing with emergency calls about health problem. Now it is cut down to one nurse to 15 callers.  Everybody with some sense can see the impossibility to cope and bound to turn into a sloppy useless service. 

The National Health Service is certainly not safe in the Tory’s hands. Another promise David Cameron did not keep.

David Cameron said on St George’s Day that he is proud to be English but all his deeds prove the opposite.  He certainly ruined the NHS to a great extent. A service he should have been proud of and the public won’t forgive him.

EU BRIBES UK COMPANIES TO EMPLOY FOREIGN WORKERS

It is backstabbing at the highest order and PM David Cameron campaigning hard to stay in the EU plus Brussels does not lift a finger to stop the migrant crisis.

UK Companies are being paid up to £900 for each foreign worker they employ. This is controversial and undermines the attempt of Business Minister Matthew Hancock plan to persuade British companies to employ local workers. It is also another interference of Brussels in the UK yet David Cameron and his cabinet calmly stand by and let it happen. After all the UK suffers high employment of around 2.5million if not more which costs a huge amount of benefits plus loss on taxes and NHS contributions.  On top we read that the EU pays up to £900 to companies each for every foreign worker being employed in the UK. This money again is nothing but taxpayers' hard earned cash. No wonder there are people employed in companies who hardly can speak English. It is not a criticism of the people but of Brussels and the UK government. Is that all Brussels can offer for £19billlion membership plus other endless contributions and a long list of constrictive rules for businesses and the country.

It does not end there but the EU'S job portal partly paid by UK taxpayers covers the cost of interviews for foreign people. Their move will also be paid for as well as training and language lessons to ensure they get the job.  This scheme is outrages and proves how irresponsible Brussels is with taxpayers’ money.

Therefore, is raises the question again and again. Why is David Cameron so reluctant to get out of the EU membership?  Only this very particular scheme is ludicrous and undermines the British economy. It also forces Britain to accept foreigners whether they thinks it fit or not.

UKIP leader Nigel Farage puts it correctly into words when he states that the EU advertising jobs to people outside the UK and giving them the upper hand by offering financial support. This country essentially is paying the EU to give away UK Jobs.

When is David Cameron ever come to his senses and see that Brussels nothing but wastes taxpayers’ money and put out rules which not only interfere  because they don’t make sense at all.

Again Mr Cameron failed on his promise to get Britain out of the EU membership by purposely dragging his feet and now it is too late and there will be another seven years of paying membership, bail-outs and other trumped up causes by Brussels to get more money out of their members.  How could he do this to his country and people; people who elected him to do his best for Britain? How could he cold bloodedly fail them?

FAT CATS £2.7BILLION PAY-OFF

The Government accounts showed that more than 3,000 public bodies including civil service received £2.7billion in golden handshakes.  These reports coming too often and the government is not inclined to stop it.  The only reason it must be their friends.  Chancellor George Osborne forever preaches austerity and demands more cuts to the public.

The total of taxpayers-funded pay-offs during 2011-12 for around 3,500 and came to a total of £100,000.  Furthermore, three quarter of the 108,000 of the workers received severance money even if they left voluntarily.

The Government makes the taxpayers belief that it saves them billions of pounds in the long run by cutting down staff.  Well let’s hope so.

However, it has to be acknowledged that the government is reducing public sectors and staff should be paid a reasonable sum for being made redundant.  But in the last three years there were too many cases of civil servants getting incredible, unjustifiable huge amount of money and also many of not most of them have gone into other top jobs straight away.  This should have been stopped.

It will also come as a shock when taxpayers read that almost of 3,500 have received a golden handshake in a six figures.  The Government alone set the civil service pay-off terms and it is therefore irresponsible in handling these huge sums over from taxpayers who suffer one of the worst austerities.

A Government spokesman said: “In 2010 the Government reformed the Civil Service Compensation Scheme to lower the cost of reducing workforce and bring in a scheme that is fairer and affordable for the taxpayer. Civil service had been reduced by 15 per cent saving the taxpayers “22billion a year ever since the election.”

This is one side of the coin the other side is that the Government establish an army of consultancies and out-posting contracts to private companies which were run by civil servants. It also does not justify the golden handshakes of an executive with £1 or £2millions especially if they walk into another job.

At the moment Tory MP Rob Wilson demanded an investigation by the police into 7,500 BBC managers and staff worth £360million from 2005 to 2012.

The Government cannot enforce austerity to the ordinary taxpayers and at the same time fill the pockets of  fat cats. However, Tories, when in power, always looked after their own decibels and kicked the ordinary workers. They did in Thatcher’s, Heath’s,  Churchill’s and right down to Peel’s time during Victoria. It is a well known fact. How they always get voted in again and again is a miracle?
