MAY FACES ENDLESS TROUBLES

Whenever May is in Brussels she announces, with a great smile, that she achieved another victory for Brexit. Unfortunately, so far, it turns out to be false.

At first, she makes us believe she makes the EU change its mind over the demand of £60bn divorce bill and several other points. When May refused and the EU stopped negotiation.

When she returned May announced she would pay £39bn, officially, but with so many lies it is not knowing what she really promised to pay. However, the EU started to open its doors again for further talks.

After further talks, May, again gleefully announced that she achieved to start trade negotiation and Brexit is well on its way. She also received an applause after her speech at a dinner in Brussels. It does make you more suspicious of what really went on.

It didn’t take a day that the truth came through. EU slammed on its brakes and showed its full power.

1 - They blocked further trade talks till March 2018

2 - They ban any trade deals with the rest of the world till 2021

Concluding, UK will be in the EU till 2021 and no promise of it being the final. It came after May was willing to pay £39bn, officially. Does it also mean that UK will have to pay their membership of £19bn each year plus all sorts of other fees, like paying for other countries which have not got their fees? In view of the two years extra, the EU would have their £60bn as demanded; a very clever move. The EU certainly knows how to make sure the money keeps rolling in.

It is known that the EU is the most corrupt organisation. Many years ago, the scandal broke that over £95tn are unaccounted for and the auditors refused to sign their account, tells everything. The EU supposed to be going bankrupt, despite of billions rolling in.

It is very doubtful that MPs, especial a group of Tory’s rebels will accept these new outcomes. There will be a vote on Wednesday, 17 Dec., 2017 in the House of Commons. Therefore, May could face another defeat.

The other problem May has, is to face the US and Saudi Arabia confrontation.

US president Donald Trump announced to make Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and planning to move his embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. It was the most unwise decision any leader could have made in view of the constant Israeli domineering and tormenting Palestinian people pushing them to extinction and possessing the whole land.

There was an immediate uproar and protest from Palestine and its people and hundred died already being shot dead by Israeli soldiers. Well done, clever Trump. Anyone could have foreseen that.

The tension also was increased by Saudi Arabia. They disagreed with the decision and announced to support Palestine. In other words, confronting Trump and the US, if necessary. It will also have an impact on the mighty Israelis.

Even the UN announced a resolution against Jerusalem becoming the capital of Israel. It will be interesting to see the reaction of Israel now.

But the most interesting point will be how May will deal with the situation. US and Saudi Arabia are her biggest Allies and weapon buyer.

Whichever side she moves to the other party will be lost and most probably turn hostile towards the UK.

Or will she play ostrich and trying to put her head into the sand, hopefully it will blow over again but with such an important confrontation it is hard to belief it will have an impact in future no matter how much she is trying to be diplomatic and keep out of it.

It also raises the question, will she and the Tories be able to cope with two such major issues or will they have to resign, which all people hope and Labour comes into power?

Well, as the saying goes “Time will tell”.

MR HISCOX CALLED MR CAMERON CAMPAIGN CORRUPT

My opinion: A true and honest statement from a man who has been in the city for 43 years and with Lloyds. It stands out amongst all the other wild statements which we know it is not quite true but have no knowledge to disagree completely.

City grandee Robert Hiscox started a full frontal attack on David Cameron's campaign.

He called it "corrupt" and accusing Treasury of disseminating "illegal propaganda".

Mr Hiscox, chaired Lloyds of London insurer Hiscox for 43 years until 2013 and is still a honourable member of the board.

He said: "The part the Government has played in the debate is astonishing, Their corrupt statements and illegal propaganda pouring out is something to behold, especially the Treasury documents."

His statement was backed by Tory peer Nigel Lawson and Norman Lamount, both longstanding politicians and ex-finance ministers, when contradicting the Treasury analysis predicting a severe economic shock as a result of Brexit.

Mr Hiscox added further: "The City Institutions support Britain to remain is the EU form part of a "Elite" that are acting in their self-interest.

"All the experts coming out for Remain are a part of the Elite, from Goldman Sachs downwards, they've all bought into it, it's for their own-interest.

"I'm astonished when I meet people from Remain. I'll never understand why they want, in a global race, to tie the UK to 27 other countries, some of which have no legs.

"Why do we want to have millions of rules delivered by an unelected tyrannical elite in  Brussels?"

It is the first time Mr Hiscox has his opinion on the European Union openly stated after signing an open letter supporting Brexit with 300 other business leaders and you bet they are one of the most powerful in the City.

BRITAIN PAID £175BILLION TO EU OVER YEARS

Why do Remainers want to stay in the EU which has nothing but a corrupt finance? So bad, even the Auditors do not sign their account for over a decade.  

However it doesn't mean or justify UK should go out on a no-deal-Brexit. Even Stanley Johnson, father of Boris Johnson, said "He lives in a Cuckoo Land" not to get a new Trade Agreement with EU. It would also mean a Trade Agreement with USA which will be a lowering in Food Standard, no improvement for UK fisheries and sale of NHS to name just a few.

To put it drastically; its turning UK into a colony of America and all for a few £blns more into the pocket of fat cats, make no mistake.

Dr Fox spoke out when the Library of the House of Commons revealed that Britain had paid £175billion to the EU over the years. It is a shocking revelation when it would have reduced the National debts and avoid interest charges.

It is hard to understand what kind of economy Chancellor George Osborne is running paying out this money when the people are starving relying on food banks, homeless and great unemployment because of cuts and austerity.


The former Tory defence secretary revealed further that some of the money has gone to bridges in Greece and roads in Spain but most of the money disappeared into a black hole of Brussels. It does not come as a surprise to the public since various reports spoke of luxurious living of MEPs and auditors not signed the budget for over 10 years because of tens of billions of pounds discrepancies.

It is a lunacy politics for introducing austerity and cuts upon cuts just to throw billions of pounds into the bottomless hole of Brussels. What is really going on? But we will never be told.

Dr Fox said: "I think figures will show what a one-way bet our membership of the EU has been for everyone else.

"£175billion of British taxpayers' money has gone into the black hole of Brussels and never re-emerged.

"It's a large amount of money and we would have invested that in better care, in better education, in more defence, but instead it has just disappeared into bridges in Greece and roads in Spain.

"If we stay, the one thing we can be sure of is that we will get lots more of the same.

"If we give up our once in a generation chance to leave than Britain will be looked upon as a great bottomless cash machine for the rest of Europe. What most people don't understand is that although we stayed out of the euro, we still have to pay for its failure because our budgetary contribution is linked to how well our economy is doing compared to other economies in the European Union.

"So the more theirs is flat because of the euro and the more ours is successful because we are more outward looking, the bigger our contribution becomes, so we are being penalised for a project from which we purposefully stayed out of because we predicted that it would fail. That is the bizarre twisted logic of Euroland!"

Dr Fox also pointed out that if we say "yes" it would be taken as a "green light from the old men in Brussels that they don't have to change course."

Well it has a lot of fact and truth in it. However, the fact that every change of rules have to approved by 28 countries and then, as previously pointed out by one of the top influential person, it has to be approved by the MEPs will be impossible.

So Brussels makes the rules and sticks by them; in other words domination in open borders, law, finance, membership contribution and which country is approved to join.

The proof of the pudding; the Dutch held a referendum and the people voted against Ukraine joining the EU. Brussels overruled it and approved of the Ukraine to join. Brussels is not democratic but a dictatorship.

On 23 June, 2016 the majority of people voted out but now the Remainders keep stirring up troubles to swing it to Bremain and all they do split the Nation and Government more. It does not make sense to pay at least £19billion every year when people are starving and homeless.

European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker admits: " We are no longer respected in our countries when we emphasise the need to give priority to the EU."

Matthew Elliot, chief executive of the Vote Leave group, said: "Even the Eurocrats admit the EU isn't working for Europe.

"Juncker should have added that Brussels costs too much - £350million a week for British taxpayers.

"On June 23 we can kick out the unpopular and hapless EU President and instead spend our money on our priorities."

Tory MP Craig Mackinlay said: "Jean-Claude Juncker is right that the EU is unpopular and too interfering, it lost respect.

"He also forgets to mention that it costs too much - not least due to his £250,000-a-year salary - and is incapable of dealing with global challenges such as the migration crisis.

"That is why it would be safer to say goodbye to Euro fat cats like Jean-Claude and his meddling EU judges."

Mr Juncker adds further at a meeting of the Council of Europe: "The European projects had lost parts of its attractiveness. One of the reason EU citizen are stepping away from the Europe projects is the fact that we are interfering in too many domains of their private lives.

"We were wrong to over-regulate and interfere too much in the lives of our citizens.

"Voters were repelled by the thread of expanding Brussels powers.
"Its true we are not very popular when advocate for Europe."

At the same time Mr Juncker refused to answer a question from Tory Kelly Tolhurst about what the EU were doing to cut costs.
This fact already proves that the glorious sounding words were nothing but words.

Of course, Mr Cameron hooked in straight away and turned it to his advantage with points which were not there if you read it probably and in between the lines.

David Cameron spokeswoman said: "What you have seen the President pointing out is the need for the European Union to focus on areas where it can add value and not over-interfere. That is something we have been calling for for a while."

The truth is that if Mr Juncker meant what he said Mr Cameron would not have had such a hard job to get the changes he wanted. Even those almost unimportant points were watered down and soon, after his return, it was announced that it can be torn up any time. It is not legal because it was not registered in Strasbourg at the court.

Therefore do not be blindfolded by his sudden admission of over-interference. When Mr Junker should have interfered to ease or solve the migrants crisis he sat back and never lifted a finger but he asked for Britain to pay £500million to give the Turks a £4,2billion.
Already Brussels promised a tsunami of new regulations if UK stays in the EU. It proves the thick nerve and brazenness of Brussels.

EU needs the UK for its £19billion membership fee and various others contributions like the recent £500million. It has also a high import of goods to the UK. The opting out of the EU could also have a domino effect on the rest of the countries.

It is the only reason for the honeyed words from Mr Juncker and it will be a difference when the UK votes "Yes". If these words were true Mr Junker and his MEPs would not have over-interfered in the first place. Surely they are that intelligent enough to realise it would backfire but they ploughed on.

The years people were complaining about the fishing quotas and other ships fishing in British waters because of the restrictions but Brussels never eased the rules.

The situation with ECHR overruling British Law constantly and not because it made more sense on the contrary it made less.

By now Brussels rules the UK so much so do not buy Mr Juncker's words. He just wants to swing it into a "yes" vote in the eleventh hours.

Did she do it on purposes to waste time and prepare the way for a no-deal-Brexit? May had to resign.

Tories elected Boris Johnson as the next PM who caused the biggest chaos. He tried to close Parliament down for 5 weeks to have a free reigns but Supreme Court voted against. Johnson still tries to get a no-deal-Brexit on 31 Oct., 2019 for his and friends benefit but heading now for a resignation.

The Tories are claiming the EU referendum was illegal. Over 1,000 lawyers found a flaw in it and claimed it is illegal. Of cur, the Tories and the Bremain will hope to turn Brexit round.
Well it is up to the public to vote even more strongly Brexit, if they want it.

So far the FTSE increase from 5,999 to 6,500 in share value. As before from May 2015 the FTSE went from 7,500 down to 5,999.

The pound sunk but this it good for export.


To put it in a nutshell if the EU was so beneficial why are people starving, homeless, unemployed and all the countries are in big debts? 

Right from the beginning at the EEC there wine lakes, milk lakes, butter mountains, grain mountains all due to the mismanagement of Brussels. Countries had and did pay for the upkeep and Brussels sat back and did nothing to get it under control.

It is incredible that UK's PM David Cameron lowered himself to go to Europe with his begging bowl. What did he expect, in his arrogance, that the whole Europe will bow down and agree to all his demand?

That brings us to the first point. Mr Cameron’s demands did not request too much in the first place and it was watered down.

People are worried and demanding closing borders to immigration. It has nothing to do with racism but any country can only take so many migrants and many other countries are closing their borders never mind the Schenken agreement.

People do not like British Law being overruled by the European Court in Strasbourg and why should they?

Businesses had enough of red tapes being imposed from Brussels to almost choking them to death.

The cutting of territorial waters and imposing of fishing quotas almost killed the fishing industry for which the UK were famous for and created nothing but unemployment.

Why should a proud and always independent nation going round begging to get an agreement from 28 EU nations when it decides something has to be changed? Besides it would never get all the 28 EU leaders to agree and therefore it will never be established which is the intention of Brussels and therefore they can impose any rule.

All these far more important points were never raised or demanded by Mr Cameron. Therefore, the results with which he came back and waved about victoriously were pointless. Rumours also have it that the reform was never registered in Strasbourg and therefore is not valuable and can be torn-up.

Downing Street stated that it had been registered in the UN but even that was disputed.

By now even his own Tory MPs turned against the Bremain which he so defends with all sort of scare mongering and they are nothing but scare mongering. It is known that around 150 Tory MPs including six Cabinet Minister with powerful well known names like Boris Johnson, Michael Gove, amongst them.

The facts Mr Cameron raised that the value of the pound and economy would drop proves the opposite because both are dropping by the day. The FTSE share values have dropped by over 1,500 ever since the Tories came into power and the economy, although always trumpeted, has not improve.

It is a fact that Britain, UK or England whatever was always a powerful, independent Nation.

The other fact which emerged is that the UK import is ten times more from the EU than the UK exports.  The argument that the UK will lose a vital market does not stand up by far.

At the moment when Brussels should stand by its EU members to stop the immigration crisis it does nothing but given Turkey £4,5billion demanding for extra contributions to add-up the sum. UK has to pay £500million extra.

This new rule does make you scream and asking what about the £19billion EU membership fees. What are EU fees for?

Ever since the EU was established it created nothing but chaos, instability, insecurity and squandering hard earned money which each country could do with.

It is not only the British people who woken up for a long time and demanded a referendum. Now also the German people had enough and demanding a GEXIT plus the French wanting a referendum for a FEXIT.

Brussels got away with it for far too long. The auditors have not signed Brussels’ accounts for over ten years because of billions of discrepancies which tells us everything.

Of course, the USA is most concerned and wanting UK to stay in it, with Mr Cameron playing along, because the USA is behind the whole organisation of the EU.  How much money gets shifted is any ones guess.  USA plans a United Europe so it can domineer it and have a foothold closer to Russia.

Finally, weighing up the two sites for a long time a BREXIT  can only save an enormous amount of money, bring back the UK to normality and there will be no leap into darkness as prophesied by Mr Cameron and the remaining Bremain MPs

A number of other countries done it and still proper. People of other countries demanding an IN/OUT referendum which is a sign they want to get out of the EU. Countries want to make their own decision and not being domineered by Brussels.

News emerged that a group of MPs which have been sacked and backbencher when Mrs May became Prime Minister. They threaten her now and demand to get  back into Government again. Their ultimatum is July 2017. Would their names be George Osborne, Ian Duncan Smith, Michael Gove or even David Cameron?

They bought the country down to the highest deficit for 67 years; reduced the credit rating to sixth; increased debts by 700billion despite austerity; created the biggest number of super rich; brought the public down to rely on food banks and demand, demand to be brought back into the Cabinet.


Senior Tories demanded to be allowed to campaign for an “EU Exit”. They lost face in Mr Cameron spending days travelling round European cities to get agreements for negotiations of UK’s membership.

 

Mr Cameron’s main point is cutting down on immigrations which is the main point for a United Europe and unlikely to be changed for Britain. Mr Cameron had tried last year and was turned down flat from which he should have learned a lesson.

Instead of waiting till Mr Cameron reveals the results of his negotiation the senior Tory ministers putting on pressure to suspend “collective responsibilities” and let them run their own campaign to exit the EU.

The former Defence Secretary Liam Fox, Department of Work and Pensions Ian Duncan Smith, Northern Ireland Secretary Theresa Villiers and Commons Leader Chris Graylings threaten with resigning if Mr Cameron will not agree with them to have their own campaign regarding “BREXIT”.

Last week Home Secretary Theresa May and Justice Secretary Michael Gove refused to rule out campaigning to leave.

Tory MP Steve Baker, head of the Conservatives for Britain and Brussels group, said: “ It is inevitable that some members of the Cabinet will feel they have to resign if they are browbeaten into supporting a deal this flimsy.”

Former Prime Minister John Major said: “It would be extraordinary if anybody decided to campaign against Cabinet policy. People deserve to hear a clear-cut argument, not an internecine piece of party strife.”

Boris Johnson, a would be party leader, said: “To have infuriated rivals, who believe his anti-EU statements are just for show, by urging Mr Cameron to be more robust in his EU negotiations.”

This is quite surprising news but not surprising that even top Tory ministers are having enough of Brussels heavily interference.  Ever since EU established the policy of an open border the better off countries are having too high immigrations from poorer countries which cannot be coped with.

Furthermore, the British Law is to be decided by EU. Businesses are so red-taped that it is hindering them to export even if the demand is there. Fishing industry which was one of Britain's top employments has been ruined by EU’s quotas.  The still operating fishermen have to throw overboard  fish if it is over the quota which does not improve the fish stock and is a total waste

Mr Cameron trying to negotiate on immigration and British Law but had seen, so far, 10 leaders and none of them agreed to back him. It is understandable in some way because if they change the rules for one country they all come with some other complains wanting to have it changed. Beside Mr Cameron has to have the agreement from the 27 countries unanimously to have it change which is impossible. After that the European Parliament has to look into it and agree.

In other words, Brussels made sure their rules are impossible to change.

Surely, his Cabinet Ministers and 92 Advisers could have told him that or is he so stubborn not taking any notice of it? More likely it was just an exercise to hoodwink the public or trying to.

EU PROMISED TO STOP PEOPLE SMUGGLERS - UPDATE 13 May, 2016

A report from the House of Lords' EU Committee  revealed that the Operation Sofia  run by the EU Navy to stem the migration has failed. The Human Traffickers are now using rubber dingy instead of wooden boats. It make the hazardous journey across the Mediterranean twice as dangerous.

UPDATE: So far there was no difference; on the contrary  migrants doubled last year entering Europe and in February 2016 they even doubled on last years February.  

EU or Brussels retract their statement and paying Turkey £4,5billion making all EU member paying a share. UK has to pay £500million. Brussels announced that it cannot close its European borders which is against Schenker's agreement. What kind of organisation as we paying?

The Operation Sophia will start today, 7 October, 2015, and gave power to the EU naval vessel to board, search, seize and divert vessel suspected of human traffic.

So far the EU was only surveillance and rescue people but now with the unacceptable high number of migrants crossing the Mediterranean from North Africa they are forced to take a more aggressive step.

 The migrants are mainly enticed by smugglers who are purely for their financial gain.

It has been reported that some days there are about 20 boats leaving the coast of Libya.

The only draw-back at the Operation Sophia is that the EU naval vessel has to stay in International waters which are 12 nautical miles from Libya.

It is a step into the right direction to stop human smugglers trafficking people. This year, so far, there are more than 130,000 migrants and refugees crossing the Mediterranean and 2,700 have drowned.

At the moment there are five warships equipped with helicopters and drones operating to seize smugglers. It is hoped that eventually the UN Security Council and Libya will allow the warships to enter Libya’s territorial waters to operate more efficiently.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel and France President Francois Hollande take the unusual step to address together the European Parliament in Strasbourg on Wednesday, 7 October, 2015.

A top migrants' expert advised to be more efficient in stopping people trafficking they also have to fight the criminal gangs in Europe. Their operation had become so organised and lucrative that is it now the second most criminal trade after arms smuggling.

To be able to pay at least £657 for a journey from Turkey to a Greek Island the migrants must have a very lucrative business at their home land. The mind boggles what business that would accumulate that amount of money in their currency.

Mr Ambrossi, IOM European regional head, said: “the transnational criminal rings of traffickers are the same as those involved in weapons and drugs.  So far the criminals who really causing the crises remain untouched.”

Mr Ambrossi also pointed out that there is an organised Black Market Jobs encouraging migrants to enter EU illegally. Hundreds or thousands are working as fruit and vegetable pickers for very low wages, which is a lot more than they get back home, and they live in terrible conditions.”

Theresa May, Home Secretary, who is responsible for the Border Force (immigration when entering the UK) spoke about it at the Conservative Party Conference about the problems the huge number of refugees and migrants coming into the UK. If it were not so serious it would be a joke and laugh because Ms May as a Home Secretary is responsible or should be for the Border Force to stop migrants to enter the UK. 

Therefore it is unbelievable Ms May addressing the Party Conference about it.

CAMERON COULD NOT CHANGE EU RULES NEITHER WILL PM MAY

Prime Minister David Cameron had finally admitted that he could not change the rules of the EU. However, he softens the blow that it might be in the near future.

The main issues were migration, UK border control, European Court of Justice ruling British Law and too many Red Tapes on UK business which he never ever attempt to address. The fact is he could not because these are the very fabric of the EU membership and therefore to continue in the EU does not make sense.

He has now to go into the referendum of Yes/No to the EU membership to be continued or not. Already he started to beat the drums that it would be unwise to leave the EU.

It is wrong to influence the voters because it just suits him and his party.  Even the press are writing reports to that effect.  It seems a repeat of the General Election where the Tories and the Press stated smears and lies about the Labour Party plus many promises and with it the Tories won again. Well, now we see their real face as always after a win in the election.

Personally, a £19billion membership seems too high for what the UK gets out of it, if any. Not to say about the continuous bailing out of other countries.  At the same time Brussels waste money so much so that £95billion are unaccountable and the auditors have not signed their accounts for over 10 years.

There are people starving and freezing in this country they would not is if the money was not wasted by Brussels. Now again the government is determined to cut the Welfare by £12billion, and the social service by £16billion, which will hit these people even more after the benefit being cut to the bone before or completely withdrawn..

What is this government think they are doing? Throwing £19billion to the EU plus several bail outs a year while their own people are so desperate they commit suicide. The austerity was a con because the National debt increased by £500billion and that was not Labour’s fault.

But we are coming back to the EU and Cameron trying to change the treaty.  If he succeeded all the other countries would have turn up with a shopping list. Just from that point of view it is not possible because changes of the EU’s rules would get into complete shamble.

Now David Cameron tries to save his face and quoted the following demands of an “irreversible lock” and “legally binding” guaranteed the EU law will be changed at some point in the future, reported the BBC Nick Robinson.

These are again good sounding words but an empty promise. What does it mean ”to change in the future”? It does mean everything and nothing.

Let’s face facts, the whole operation was bound to fail from a start because, as already stated, if one country gets it allowed other would follow.  It was another dream of David Cameron which was to be foreseen to burst.

Has David Cameron really believed in achieving it or was it another smoke screen?  Who knows?

Since the Tories only won 12 seats more giving them the majority but can easily vanish in the political power struggle; David Cameron asked today the Tories who defected to UKIP to vote for him. Is he starting to panic?

EU BRIBES UK COMPANIES TO EMPLOY FOREIGN WORKERS

It is backstabbing at the highest order and PM David Cameron campaigning hard to stay in the EU plus Brussels does not lift a finger to stop the migrant crisis.

UK Companies are being paid up to £900 for each foreign worker they employ. This is controversial and undermines the attempt of Business Minister Matthew Hancock plan to persuade British companies to employ local workers. It is also another interference of Brussels in the UK yet David Cameron and his cabinet calmly stand by and let it happen. After all the UK suffers high employment of around 2.5million if not more which costs a huge amount of benefits plus loss on taxes and NHS contributions.  On top we read that the EU pays up to £900 to companies each for every foreign worker being employed in the UK. This money again is nothing but taxpayers' hard earned cash. No wonder there are people employed in companies who hardly can speak English. It is not a criticism of the people but of Brussels and the UK government. It does not end there but the EU'S job portal partly paid by UK taxpayers covers the cost of interviews for foreign people. Their move will also be paid for as well as training and language lessons to ensure they get the job.  This scheme is outrages and proves how irresponsible Brussels is with taxpayers’ money.

When is David Cameron ever come to his senses and see that Brussels nothing but wastes taxpayers’ money and put out rules which not only interfere  because they don’t make sense at all.

Again Mr Cameron failed on his promise to get Britain out of the EU membership by purposely dragging his feet and now it is too late and there will be another seven years of paying membership, bail-outs and other trumped up causes by Brussels to get more money out of their members.  How could he do this to his country and people; people who elected him to do his best for Britain? How could he cold bloodedly fail them?
